Draven's Legendary Spinning Axes Problem(?)

I purchased Infernal Nasus for the Spinning Axes event but have not received a mystery skin for it. I know its a Legendary skin so I should get one. I don't know if I'm missing something or what's going on.

UPDATE: After submitting a ticket I was informed that I purchased Infernal Nasus before the event started and would be unable to get the free mystery skins. I don't know how that happened....

I just bought Black Frost Anivia and didn't get a mystery skin from it either.

I bought Primetime Draven for myself and I have still yet to get the mystery skin ... I am not sure what the problem is, I've got purchase history and everything so I might try to submit a ticket if possible. [zombie-brand-clap]
