League Client not opening in Mac, STILL CAN'T FIND A FIX!

I can't open my league client on Sierra Mac even after re-downloading the game 3 times and restarting my system. I open my applications folder, press the League icon, and it bounces on the task bar but doesn't open. I have also tried opening the client through "Show Package Contents" although it prompts me with "League of Legends quit unexpectedly" I have been dealing with this problem for a really long time and it would be great to have a fix for it. I submitted a ticket and apparently it got answered but the livechat feature with Riot Support doesn't work on my browser (even after disabling every addon) and even trying on mobile. My last option to getting through to Riot Support is here.

You might be running into issues simply due to your computer being a MAC. Macintosh is not good in the graphics card department and essentially can’t handle League (I’m a fellow Mac user)... In fact, even doing large scale artwork on MAC is hard because of the fact that Apple’s products just can’t handle it.

I know a fix. Don't buy a mac. Always acts like a princess who doesn't always want to work because she thinks shes too good for everyone. Still trying to be the leader AND replacing other operating system, while their sales are going down. Simply an inconvenience to its customers. Apple is like a stubborn arrogant princess.

And its so expensive for so little in return too. Why pay to torture urself?

Try quitting league using activity monitor and wait like 1 minute to open it again, it works every time for me

I'm in EXACTLY the same condition as yours. Can't open on Sierra, re-downloading not working, restarting not working, opening through "Show Package Contents" no working, and Updating to Catalina not working. I've also been trying for so long and do not find a fix either ;)
