LoL Shop

Hi, for about a month or so, my LoL shop hasn't let me buy anything. No champs, skins, runes, etc. I see the screen and i see the whole shop but when i try to click unlock nothing happens, it does let me click on the moving slides on the featured tab, but nothing else. Is there any solution? Ive tried re-dowloading all the patches, logging out and in, logging into another account (still doesn't work). I have no idea what to do anymore.
