The shop is not working for me or for other people as well

So for the past 2 days the shop would not work. I have tried many things that the community suggested in the archives but none of them work. It worked fine before but now the message that pops up changes. First I got the session has expired. Then I got the message that states reseting the client will fix the problem (which it didn't) and then I get a black screen now time to time. Sometimes the featured section works but then when I try to go to skins or champions it doesnt load. :/ I'd appreciate help/feedback that could help. Thanks

Edit 1: After doing the Toolsman problem solving thing it still isnt working.
