Game charged me 1545 IP, I didn't receive my Runes. Had to rebuy for another 1545 IP
I brought 3 Greater Quintessence of Gold for 1545 IP, they were not in my rune book. So I went back into the store and I could repurchase them. I did this time it worked. But I lost rougly 3000 IP because I had to purchase twice. When you already have the runes it stops you from purchasing more so I would like a refund of 1545 IP please.
