League Crash 1 second after opening! Help!

So, I was at school on a nice Friday, wanting to play league as I walked home. Then I remembered that my dad got angry last night and took out the power cord of my Windows 10 desktop touch screen computer and said no computer today :( After about 2 hours of begging me mom FINALLY let me play on my computer. I rushed over and loaded up my computer plugging in the power cord and opened league while checking my email. I noticed that league never showed up on my mini tab bar. A little shocked I tried to open it again, realizing that it opened in the launcher for about 3 seconds started "Loading files" (idk if an update happened overnight) and right as It got to 2 files loaded it crashed. I tried this multiple times to no avail. Than I realized that I should look on the league website to look for help support. The only thing I could find related to my issue was corrupted files so I clicked on the question mark and clicked repair as fast as I could before it crashed. It started loading up more and more files and I thought that I had fixed it. After about 2-3minutes later (750 loaded files later for those techy ones) I was checking my email some more waiting for it to load and I got a bugsplat and league crashed. I typed about this is my bugsplat report and sent it to riot. I tried restarting my computer and everything and nothing is working. Sorry I had to bore you guys with my mini backstory but I was wondering if the power cord being pulled out (the power cord wasn't damaged) while my computer was still running, most likely with the league launcher up was a problem that may have caused this. P.P.S. I hope the details helped! I tried to be as specific as I could to see if there was any little problems with how I handled the situation :)

EDIT: I have now tried every single solution under riots crash help support (all 9 of them or so) and none of them have made any difference. please help me rito! ive spend upwards of 500$ on this game I'm not losing it now

Same exact thing happened to me last night, middle of a game and the power got pulled out of my computer, now whenever I click launch button on the patcher, my lolClient.exe crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I am running as admin, I've tried at least two of the riot support instruction manuals for 1) permissions and 2) patching problems, and I just repaired the game files, but the same thing has happened every time I click Launch, I receive the dismal white box that is "LolClient.exe has stopped working." Riot please help me, I am at a loss for what I should do other than a second attempt at uninstall and reinstall.
