Champion Select [CLIENT] BUG

I was in ranked queue at 8:53pm July 3rd, 2015 PST when we were selecting our champions. I was in duo queue and when it was my time to pick, I was booted out of the lobby. Across my screen it said "ognMorganFeedman failed to select a champion." Both my buddy and I knew that I had 10 seconds left before the pick-turn was over. Not only that, but I lost 3 lp and got 6 minutes to "think about what I did." (thanks for being the father figure I always needed).

So I wanted to report this because it is not a big deal, however my buddy got freaked out because he has 0 lp and was thinking, shit if that was me I'd have been demoted. For no reason. So please check into it!
