Quinn Harrier Bug (GAMEPLAY)

I know this is an extremely common bug as Harrier is ALWAYS buggy, but in my last couple games I've been unable to mark Baron or Dragon with the Harrier passive. I thought at first it might be a new change where the passive doesn't work on the larger monsters but I can get the Harrier off of my E (the Vault). When I use the E it will immediately mark Baron or Dragon, but if I am standing and fighting, the passive won't mark. It should be pretty easy to replicate, just try and duel Baron or Dragon alone and see if Harrier will mark them passively. Thanks in advance.

I said this months ago! it will not mark if you walk up and start AA it, it will mark if you vault it. This is a major issue that ROIT needs to fix

You have to actually walk up closer than her max AA range and then it will trigger the passive. It needs fixed though.

While they're at it, can they finally fix her passive/aa? Countless times I've hit some one marked with harrier and had no aa hit them. It's pretty annoying, especially when it could be what gives you a kill :/

Never had any problems with it, and I play Quinn pretty much all the time
