About LeaverBuster ..help?

I've never left games, even my PC not the best, the Network too I still never leave game only reason why now i got 20 min (5 games) is because that bug skip waiting for status , I got in game but always late and lucky they fix that bug so I left with 20 min , but my questions here are:

• whats next after I play 5 games (20 min) I mean what if i get dc or leave whats next punishment?
• when leaver buster will reset (last game where i was dc was like 2 weeks, how many game I need without leaving before exiting low priority queue )
• can I get ban for this ? (perma)
• just how this system works?

Pls answer only if u really know ,because ppl writing random about this and do not know even how works so true answer pls and ty [sg-ahri-2]
