Crashing since new update

Legit Really fucking annoyed right now, Keeps crashing while in client or while in champ Select. Since a few days ago this has happened more and more often, Idk if anyone else is having this problem but its usually does this when, 1 I change my friends list. 2. In champion select 3 (not often) When opeing raidcall (i dont think this is a cause but maybe should be mentoned)
