Game Stuttering/Freezing

Hello my lovely board folk! I've taken this chance to write another post talking about the freezing that's been happening through out the community and how just infuriating it is to even play a simple game of Draft (Don't even get me started on ranked).

Now I've seen others talk about how their games out right freeze and need to be closed through task manager but that isn't the issue I'm having. For me at literally any point in the game my champion, allies, enemies, minions and so on would freeze and stutter. It's the same type of lag anyone who plays with ping that spikes up and down would experience. The screen would freeze and then everything that happened in the last few seconds would happen all at once (For me that included a lot of watching my healthy bar be empty for a few seconds.)

You must be saying! "You have a shit PC, your connection must suck!" And all that right? I wish I could blame this on the toaster of a laptop I have, except all the time I'm averaging my usual 30 to 50 frames and 30~ odd ping. I can't even ping my ping to my team when I'm saying I'm lagging because I'm not 'actually' lagging in that sense.

Besides those vocal on these forums other players I've played with and my friends have been experiencing the same exact thing to varying degrees. These aren't hardware issues, and I want an ACTUAL response from Riot. Not just a simple link to how to report this. I'm reporting it, I want an actual answer if you're looking into it, or not.

It's been happening since the middle of last patch for me, and to be honest I think it might have been the new Windows update considering a lot of people have had an issue just updating that alone.

So again, please Riot. Give not just me, give ALL of us something that you're aware of this and are working on resolving it. [sg-soraka]

Didnt have this before,used to have the outright freeze which required closing the game or restarting pc process, but saw that riot fixed that

Was happy like now I can play league

But,now Im having the same stusttering problem as you and for some reason,Im getting 150 ping higher than what I used to get

We recently addressed the issue of the game freezing (but as you mentioned this is different than yours). I'll take a look at this tomorrow morning when I get into the office. Think I saw at least one other report of a similar issue to what you describe, so I will hopefully be able to at least give you more info.

I, too, was experiencing the freezing which required me to force quit the game, but last night it was replaced by what I think was the same issue as OPs. Can we all just dump our stuff in this thread after maintenance, Afic?

This is still happening to me, stuttering and freezing constantly throughout the whole game. Played several games the same day and then in one game it decides to stutter. I've got a good pc and very good internet so I assume it's a game problem.
