I didn't get lp

So i was playing ranked like always i carried got 4 honors. On the rito end season discord it said playing ranked would help me next season but now i didn't even get my LP Riot please fix am trying to climb to gold before s9 so I get better and to improve my MMR. :( So now i can't improve my MMR i went through s5 to s3 i had to carry as when i won i got 15 and when i lost i lost 21 lp :( and it was hard to rank up and now i played a game and i got no LP it really hurts.
