[Gameplay] keybindings/abilites not working

Just a quick post on something that happened to me twice today the first game i played my summoner spells wouldn't go off I had them bindded to a mb4 and mb5 button but restoring to default didn't help after the game was over i closed leauge and opened it up again and it was fine. Then in another game later in the day none of my keybindings worked at all none of my abilities or hotkeys worked but i could still chat. Again restoring keys to defualt did nothing. After dcing and reconnecting however everything was fixed. Dont know if it makes a difference but my first game was anivia and the 2nd was as vladimir. One of the other players said Sion had the same issue with his Q at one point so it could just be a freak thing but if it happens dcing and reconnecting should fix it.
