Camera locks after hero revival

Description: In summoner's rift, when I was waiting for my hero to revive my camera sometimes is set into locked mode and will usually unlock after my hero revives. This is already a bug itself but today i've experienced bigger bug, and that is when my hero is revived the camera lock is still on! When I tried to unlock it, I couldn't do so! I had to force my hero to die again in order for the camera to reset the lock!

Information: Running on Retina Macbook Pro (Mid 2012). OSX Yosemite 10.10.5

Please fix this issue. it's critical.
