Vi is still bugged

I stopped playing a month ago and just started back up again. Before I left there was a problem with Vi. For some reason her "Q" is bugged where it suddenly stops working for no reason in the middle of a match. I figured it would have been fixed by now but It appears that it isn't. I was playing early today and a team mate had the same problem playing as Vi. The only way to fix it is to log off then log back on. Just thought you guys should know what's happening.
