Look the video see the bug. I pause it the moment the stun occurred after that if u look in the bottom left of video as i pause it again u can see she could use her "e" as it start to countdown and visually the damage jax,cait take.

yeah except shyvana E cooldown starts after the animation is done not on cast. she started to cast it way before she got stunned
