[GAMEPLAY] Ryze Bot Only Suddenly Only Uses Q

Occasionally, an enemy Ryze Bot will stop autoattacking, moving, or use spells other than Q. This continues the Bot dies.

Of the two times this has occurred, the Ryze Bot was mid lane, on Blue side, near the left-hand bottom wall that contains the mid brush. I was not able to reproduce this bug 100% of the time, but the position of the Bot seems to be the key. I never played in the lane against the Ryze Bot, so I am unsure if it would occur if the player champion is there.

1. Place Ryze Bot mid lane on enemy team
2. Let him push past the bottom wall in mid lane
3. Hopefully see bug.
