Visual Glitch
while in game i found that occasionally there were three blurred boxes in the inventory. (dont know how to recreate this, but the bug disappears if you alt tab)

The boxes seem to disappear after a while. It happens when you level up for me. It's the level up boxes without arrows being placed over there.
