UNBELIEVEABLE HIGH MS IN EVERY GAME

Hey, since last games patch 7.5 and 7.6 i have unbelieveable high ms and i don't know why and how to fix it, Usually i had like 30/40 ms and now its just like i leave spawn and i get 400/500 ms. If someone has same problem please write it in comment section and lets find a way to fix it together.
