game crashes after campion select

it happens lately on 2 diffrent computers in 2 diffrents cities for me, i enter the queqe everthing is normal i pick a champion and then instead of the loading screen showing the teams i get a black screen and after 3 min the messege in the picture appears, retrying does not help at all, i have also contected support who do not answer to my ticket and i cannot sign in to the support website or view my ticket, i have gotten into low priorty queqe because of those annoying bugs, please help me! needless to say the internet connection is fine(ive managed to play oter online games
