Game "Frozen" / Ghosting

This has happened a few times now. The game will launch to the Character Cards/PreMatch loading screen, and then just freeze. Upon exiting the application, the launcher will offer to reconnect. Doing so will put me into the game, visibly late, and allow me to buy items, but the purchases will not register, no one will be moving, and I will be unable to chat. Exiting and reconnecting again will show that the purchases did register, but will leave me frozen still and not registering player movements.
