[GAMEPLAY] Summoner spell -mark/snowball shooting in a random direction

This summoner spell snowball bug makes the snowball fire in a random direction. In the video, you can see that I was aiming at the enemy team with my cursor but the snowball was shot in a different direction. The direction it is randomly shot at is usually less than 90 degrees off from where the cursor at, but I can't confirm this.

This bug happens randomly. It can happen to any champion. can happen to other players. it happens every 4-5 matches for me personally (not accounting other people with me in-game). This bug had been here for at least 3 years now but I feel like it is happening more frequently lately.
