(Talking to the person who distributed the Captain GP skin) I had Gangplank like a long time ago already, even before this event of the Bilgewater. And after the event was over, I never received the Captain GP skin at all, even as it's selling for 975 when I was suppose to receive the skin for free, since the requirement says to own GP before the event was over. Please gift me the skin please.

We're still in the process of distributing rewards for the event. If once we've stated all rewards have been handed out (check the ticker at the top here for updates) and you don't have one, but you believe you've met the criteria, please submit a support ticket.
Own and play a matchmade game as Gangplank. Did you play a game as him?
You need to own him and played a matchmade game with him...during the event.
they also said it would take a few days to hand everything out like it always does, just wait a couple days and if you still dont get it(assuming you did meet the requirments) bring it back up or send in a ticket
I guess i forgot to play GP before the end of the event, so I guess i won't be able to receive it then, I totally forgot to play him, since i was playing GP on my smurf account and totally forgot to play him on my main lol, ok the case is clear then thank for the heads up.
