My settings don't save anymore

I played with some weird settings, settings you have to edit the PersistedSettings.json file to get. Basically, I change left click to attack move click, disable the scroll wheel and move my left click to middle mouse click. Now every single game, my middle mouse button does nothing and my scroll wheel is re-enabled, but my left click is still attack move click. I then have no way to move my screen to somwhere map quickly, so I have to close the game, delete the PersistedSettings.json file, move my saved version of it in, and rejoin the game. This is a huge annoyance and impacts my early game. Need a fix to this ASAP.

Edit: These are settings I have had since season 2, before you could set attack move to left click in game. I'm not sure how it works if you change it in game, but I need a way to move my map and buy items without attack moving somewhere.

Edit: If i replace it after every game, it seems to work. But that's somewhat annoying and I did not have do that before this patch.
