Champ purchases

So i recently bought a champ, Graves, and client say I own him but every time I try to play as him I get an error message says that I can't use this champ. This recently happened with another champ I bought and couldn't use him for two days.

I don't know if this is a major problem for anyone else but it seems to be recurring for me.

Any help would be appreciated.
