Jungle teemo.

First blind on gromp does not work. Doesn't seem to matter if I start him then blind or start with blind. Am I missing something here?

It's been doing this for months now, I figured it was probably on the back burner due to the probably incredibly small amount of people who play teemo in the jungle. But now I figured it may be an unknown bug.

Reproduction steps. 1) take smite, 2) go gromp 3) press Q
