[PBE Forum] - Unable to post

So I was recently accepted to the PBE. I plan to take this seriously and report bugs when I spot them.

I was trying to download the PBE client update and I noticed that the downloading was at 0 kb/s at 85% (Could've started at a sooner point)

My problem with this was that I was unable to post this to the PBE forums because I have to successfully log into the PBE client in order to post on the PBE forums

It actually just finished downloading...
