Pre-game client crashed

When champion select came by, the ennemy did not pick a champion, as shown in the picture, but that occurs often... except it had been at least 30 seconds(of that same frame) before I had to dodge, and still get a queue timer. It was only 5 minutes, but it was in ranked solo/duo and I lost 3 lp (if I was in series it would have couted as a lost).

Note: My duo partner had his game canceled way before mine, like what should have happened.
