Stuck at zero and maybe a fix

I am sure a lot of had a experience like this. In champ select and a timer reaches zero and is stuck or you cnat lock in a champ or ban one. Causing you to auto dodge and lose lp. Pus you get this dodge timer even if it was not your intent. Or you end up with wrong masteries and runes in a game. Now as far as i am aware this is because of some momentary disconnet. And the client realises this to late to recconnect fats enough.

Fix Maybe add a comment in chat under the form of ( //rec ) . Where trough we can manuel ask the client to reconnect. Since we see it visualy faster.
