I got into my promos trying to get to bronze 2 and I lost one game in my promos and it took me back to bronze 3 with 81 points.

To clarify you were in your best of 3 series and only lost one game and failed to complete series without getting the opportunity to play your other games?
Had that happen, or something similar. Had the system count my second win in series as a loss when it clearly stated in my match history it was a win.
