[GAMEPLAY] I have discovered a BUG in League Of Legends.

I'm in China and I play on Tencent server. There is an option in League of Legends. The option is in "Game", and it's "Based on the mouse pointer attacks". However, it seems doesn't work. No matter whether I turn it on or turn it off, the champion attacks the thing that is nearest my champion, NOT the thing that is nearest the mouse pointer!

Is it really a BUG? If it is, could rito please fix it as quickly as possible and ... ,give me a present in return? I really love Rito and this game~
