Nidalee Headhunter skin Spears are invisible.

I've played two games recently where a Nidalee, with the specific headhunter skin, has had invisible spears all game. My friend played with me those two games and noticed this also so I know this isn't just occurring my computer. It shows the tiny red streak that is supposed to show the movement of the spear but not the spear itself. I'm wondering if there is an issue this or if Riot has already dealt with this problem if it was one in the first place. Any similar occurrences?
