My chat service has been like this for days. I've fully uninstalled, reset router, even tried on a different computer, but nothing works! Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix? Why is chat service so separate!?!?!?!?

Mine doing that too, haven't been able to find a permanent solution; however, if it doesn't connect the first time, if I keep trying it eventually connects.
