Nasus skin issue

Dear Riot, I have in my loot a Lunar Guardian skin for Nasus. A champ that i've owned for years now. I also have 1070 gold essence and the cost for unlocking this skin is 1050 Gold essence. However, i can't unlock it because it seems the client thinks i need to buy that champ. But it's in my champ collection so i can not buy Nasus a second time. This epic skin shard will not unlock and i don't know why. I've sent a ticket but still no change and i can't see a reply. Please help me. It's prob a small bug but it irritates the crap out of me. Thank you

Did you relog, and initiate the hextech repair tool?

And how long ago was the ticket submitted? Was it a bug report or a ticket?

I've logged in and out a lot since i sent the ticket. Also i just initiated the full repair and it looks like that was a bad idea. When opening the client now the client window opens but it's just a black screen. I've closed it and opened a few times but still the black screen, even as administrator. This is even worse now, it's more than just a skin issue now. How do i sort out the black screen?
