[CRASH] Yasuo R crashes my game

I was playing Yasuo in ranked. Everything was OK the whole game ,then suddenly in teamfight i combo my ult with wukongs i appear behind the enemy and the game just stops.I can hear the sounds champs made that moment but i cant do anything.My screen froze and i had to restart my computer cause i couldnt alt+tab or go to task manager. I was able to use my ult normally the whole game and then it suddenly crashed my game. This isnt the first time this happended to me. It isnt related to my computer cause in teamfights i get around 50 fps and if it drops anytime it never drops below 30, and i wasnt even playing it on very high. The bug cost me the game cause restart and reconnect lasts around 5 mins and in late game 4 vs 5 usually means lose.
