[GAMEPLAY] PROJECT: Yasuo Skin Bug

Hello,

I recently purchases PROJECT: Yasuo, only to notice a bug on the skin which is incredibly distracting towards my mentality when I try to play the game. After gaining 2 stacks with Steel Tempest, you obtain the visual radius of how far you can strike whirlwind, the large circle around Yasuo. However, with PROJECT: Yasuo, this circle is not smooth - it's glitchy and distracting. I have posted a video here to demonstrate this annoyance. I can reproduce it every time with PROJECT: Yasuo, and I haven't seen anything different to what I have shown you in the video. I compare both the default skin at the PROJECT skin, to show you that the default skin is unaffected.
