[GAMEPLAY] Ashe auto attack doing no damage

A half dozen times every game, Ashe's auto attack animation will trigger, an arrow will fly, but no damage will occur to the hit target. This is repeatable by moving with right click right after attacking with A-Left click. This happens most frequently initially when the attack speed is lowest.
