Game Bug

When queuing up, the game states that the summoner has declined your game request meanwhile they're in the Que with you.

There have been times where I've been playing with my boyfriend, where it's been his turn to ban, but the banning screen gets stuck. He is unaware that he's banning (because it's stuck on the previous banner) and he is unable to make a selection. The countdown will go down, he is kicked out of the match. I am sent back to the original Que without him and he gains a 5 minute timer.
