Rebellious Aurelion Sol Stars

I wasnt recording, so I have no footage, but I was flying (In E, of course) Over the big wall at the top side river from red side and casted my Q to kill a twitch. The q would have landed, resulting in a kill and a tower, but instead of flying over the wall with me, it decided to move around the terrain before going off at the outer ring. I'll try and recreate the bug and record it to add to this post.

The other complaint I have is that his Q cannot be detonated early before it goes beyond his passive. If it's intentional, thats probably one of the silliest features Riot has put in the game for a champ xD If it's unintentional, that should be fixed asap because melee fighters and assassins just destroy him with no counter play unless he has ult. This Q problem, I can recreate over and over again.
