reconnect bug

Hey !! well i am here to discuss my reconnect bug......m currently playing in euw server ......but after updating he patch 6.11 am having a bug about reconnect......as i start a game i....loading screen dosen't appear it directly goes to the screen like "skip waiting for stats ".... i mean my match havent evn started nd it gives me skip waiting for stats.....and as soon as i restart my client...it gives the same answer after clicking the reconnect button.....i cant evn start new match cz it shows me up "u are already in game ...and you cant start new match ". so please help me out......nd ya in last patch i did change voices from english to japanese !! so u think it is creating issue ? help me out please .
