[Client Bug] Champions not on list to ban

As I was banning champions in a normal Draft pick, it occurred to me that some of the champions are gone on my list. You know who gets banned mostly on summoners rift; Fizz, Akali, Yasuo ect ect, but they weren't on my champion list.

To my understanding, I don't need to own someone to ban them on a game, but at the same time, I did own a few I wanted to ban as well... I didn't think about taking a picture cause I was too worried about trying to ban a good champion for my team, so you can't see my issue. But out of the 100+ champions on league, some were missing on the total roster in my match. Please look into it Riot, I'd hate for that to be an issue in ranked.
