Team Skins and Challenger Skins Won't Show Up

So, I noticed these past couple of days that the team skins and the challenger skin that I have will not show up when I look around character list out of champion select for match made games. I own all the SKT and TPA skins and I own Challenger Nidalee. I cannot see them unless if I'm choosing them for a specific game and even though this isn't a big issue, I want to see if this can get resolved somehow and see if anyone else is having the same issue.
