Team Skins and Challenger Skins Won't Show Up

So, I noticed these past couple of days that the team skins and the challenger skin that I have will not show up when I look around character list out of champion select for match made games. I own all the SKT and TPA skins and I own Challenger Nidalee. I cannot see them unless if I'm choosing them for a specific game and even though this isn't a big issue, I want to see if this can get resolved somehow and see if anyone else is having the same issue.

This is confusing. [Edit] Oh, I see, you mean when you hovered a champion you could see the skins before locking in, right? This feature was removed with the new champion select.

Nah nah, it was weird, it wouldn't show up. Either way, it's fixed. Thanks :3
