[GAMEPLAY] Brand and/or Liandry's Torment disabling Store's Undo Function

So I was playing an ARAM, and I bought a Blasting Wand as soon as I died, only to notice that I'd have enough for Needlessly Large Rod before my death timer expired, so I tried to undo it... only to find I couldn't.

My best guess is that my Brand Passive, Liandry's Torment, or possibly even Ignite was still ticking so that it dealt damage after I'd bought the Wand, and as such the store assumed I was in combat.
