[GAMEPLAY] In-game shop low FPS

When in the game everything runs fine. An average of roughly 125 FPS. However, when opening hte shop or when having finished purchasing an item, Blade of the Ruined King for exmaple, the game will suddenly dip to 5 or less FPS. Usually freezing for a moment. You can see the problem here, it makes the game virtually unplayable and an absolute hazard if I need to buy, heal, and leave. Then my character, regardless of who I play, is stuck at spawn for a good ten to fifteen seconds more than needed.
