Patcher got stuck

I have a bit of a problem. About 1-2 weeks ago my LoL patcher has decided to not work anymore. First before Ekko came out I uninstalled league 3 times and It downloaded in a matter of minutes the first up to 33%. After 33% the loading bar disappeared, then it calculated differences up to a curtain point and started again. Sounds normal right? After it does the KBPS and they usually range about 200-300 KBPS.

The one time It was doing fine it ended up stopping at 99% with no KBPS. I let it sit for a while. No dice. I restarted it again and it started at 33% and took 3 hours just to get to 40%.

Now today I opened the launcher and went to bed so it can sit and download. I woke up and its been stuck at 48% for an hour and a half. Please help!!
