Game crashed during champ select, then didnt allow me to pick a champ when logged back in

Client crashed during champ select. I logged back in, and champ select screen reappeared. I couldn't select a champion, so when it was my turn, I timed out. I could still chat with my team (apologized for being bugged out), and I could still see other people's picks, but I could not pick a champ myself. Now I'm waiting on my queue dodge timer while I write this report...
