Skin dissapeared

I bought the skin "zombie brand" during the halloween event and I got to use it a couple of time before it went missing. I don't remember when it dissapeared, but my friend had the same incident with the skin "mafia jinx". I don't know if any of my other skins dissapeared but I hope that this can be solved.

We'd removed some player's content if it was obtained from Refer a Friend abuse. However, if you don't fall into that category, the best thing you can do is submit a ticket to player support, and they'll be able to take a look at your account and see what's going on!
