[CLIENT] Getting kicked back to older client patch and re-downloading the new patch restarts often

In the past 2 weeks I've tried to log in but was met with some strange error twice, different for each time, and was reverted to the last client patch. Then when I attempted to re-update to the newest client patch the download would restart constantly to the point I don't even bother. I had to get access to internet with very high download speed to get past it the first time, since the download took seconds and couldn't restart.
