Cannot connect to voice chat

Whenever I try to connect to League voice chat it says "Connected" but when I close and open the voice chat tab again it just goes back to "Disconnected". I cannot talk to nor hear anyone in my party. And when I try to connect during a game, it just doesn't respond at all.

I have this same issue. It's really frustrating with clash going on right now.
