[GAMEPLAY] Illaoi E spirit vessel time out unstable

The spirit Illaoi drags out from other champions is staying out for 10 sec. I don't know if tenacity do something on this. but the spirit sometimes stay out for much less down to 4 sec. even on the same champion it can sometimes last "10" sec or just 4-6. without any new items bought. the bug feels random. i can't pinpoint what makes it happend. but i notice this in maybe one of my first illaoi games. but it is almost bound to happend more then 1 time each game. (if you use E much in the laningphase.) in theory if you use E last 10 sec. and ulti last 8 sec. you should be able to have the spirit out the whole ulti time. but sometimes it goes away much faster!

i can say that i MAX E first, for the poke. don't know if that can be a "problem" but the bugg is random.

1. drag out spirit.
2. dmg it normal. (it can happend)
3. ulti it with the other champion (summon 1 ekstra tentacle)
4. it can happend in both step 2 and 3. don't know if it can happend if you do nothing to the spirit.

i played illaoi over 20 games. both ranked and normal. it is bound to happend in almost everygame. (not always you notice if you kill the spirit fast...) or die or they run away.
